Like the title says, this isn’t my usual genre to listen to but I’m hooked! Love the stories and the way Dan tells it.
I love Dan and the stories he does. They are super interesting. I would give the podcast 5 stars, but I can’t stand Lynze. Her voice is grating. Her stories are obviously written by one of their producers, because they’re all complete fiction. I also hate it when she talks about “our kids”. They’re not your kids. They are your step kids. They have a Mom, that is not you. There’s a reason only Dan is listed as the host.

Have enjoyed this show for a while now, and with the new Nightmare Fuel episodes, it has just become greater. Love STD and TS. Hail Nimrod.

This is my favorite podcast. You two are amazing, keep up the creepy. I have listened to every episode and I look forward to each new one.
I don’t think words could truly express how amazing I think this show is! I tend to enjoy spooky tales or lore based podcasts, and happened to stumble upon this one. It has surprised me and had me hooked from my first listen. Dan and Lynze are absolutely so precious and just overall endearing. If you are looking for horror and comedy from hosts who care for their listeners, this is the podcast for you!
Love the banter, love the stories and all around love anything bad magic produces. Nightmare fuels are my current favorite.
I know there’s a lot of complaints about Lynze but I happen to think she’s adorable. I like the banter and playfulness. I mean, if your looking for a “scare your pants off” and have nightmares about it, kind of podcast, this isn’t really for you. It’s more fun and lighthearted with spooky stories that are interesting to listen to. Ive been listening for years and I still really enjoy it and look forward to all the new episodes. 😊 Great Job Dan and Lynze!

Simply put, the best horror podcast you can find.
Fantastic show, always new and really interesting stories, and the hosts are very likable as well.
Can the editing team go back and edit out Lynzee’s unnecessary commentary? It really takes me out of the story and makes for a worse product. After every sentence there is a random outburst. In the middle of the best parts of some stories she gasps and interjects with irrelevant, unwanted, and useless rhetoric.When it gets to the second half of the podcast when Lynzee gets to treat us with listener stories, she can’t ever get through a set up without interrupting herself, she can’t even read at a 5th grade level, and it’s very difficult to find back to back sentences read cleanly

One of the very few podcasts that hold my attention from start to finish. The hilarious, relatable, and honest banter Dan and Lynze have is unmatched, they make me smile every time, and usually at least one laugh out loud. I recommend STD to almost everyone, and talk about it all the time. Keep up the great work!

Not scary. Just annoying.
This podcast is the best. Dan is freaking hilarious and also soo creepy when telling tales. Don’t know how he does it. Lynze is the comfort to the show and love her and Dan’s dynamic. Joe is great when he talks too. The show is super well produced. I like the subtle sound effects in the background of the stories and also the visuals especially the book Dan reads from. I’ve listened to 2 years worth of episodes starting from the beginning and am rapidly catching up to current episodes. So yes, binging hard. With SOOO many stories, it’s almost like taking a course in the strange and preternatural. So many subtle commonalities among very different stories. Also really cool to hear the perspectives on COVID and riots etc as they happened, but listening years later. Great job guys! Please don’t stop.
Allll of STD’s episodes are to die for but these nightmare fuels that Dan has written are next level. I love all of the (supposedly) true horror stories told on the regular episodes but this is such a fun new element of the show.
Wowwwww!!! I love this podcast already so much but these nightmare fuel episodes have been so amazing! #7 had me on edge for the entire last 20 min or so and it was awesome! Dan is such a good story teller/writer and I always look forward to new nightmare fuel, and the show of course too because I also LOVE scared to death ♥️

I have been a fan from the beginning and dabble in all things Bad Magic when I can. I am LOVING the Nightmare Fuel!! My favorite so far is the vampire story. Loved every single second and kept me on the edge of my seat. Cannot wait for more of these!
I started listening to Scared to Death over a year ago. Took me a bit to get caught but it has never disappointed me. So I decided this year to subscribe and become an Annabelle beginning of March of this year. Thought that would end the ads but nope still getting ads over a month later. But besides that I love Dan and Lindsey and all the scary stories. Maybe someday I’ll get to come the Summer Camp 😀 Love you guys!

This is my favorite podcast of the Bad magic! I listen to the stories. Then reset and start at random! Also being an Annabelle the extra content keeps my boring work days interesting! Been a fan of Dan for Decade and I’m only 33!
I can’t get enough of Dan!!!!
Dan is so good at telling ghost stories, he has so much enthusiasm and you can really feel and visualize everything as it’s happening in the story.

I don’t really go for fiction when I listen to podcasts, so I was going to skip the Nightmare Fuel episodes— but I’m glad I didn’t!The whole listening experience is fun, the stories are well-written, interesting, and play on horror tropes while still being original. And most important: they are scary! I was expecting a creepy bedtime-story-like tale that I could fall asleep to, but the stories are legitimately suspenseful and I always want to know how they end!Love this addition to the Scared to Death feed. Can’t wait for more!
