Do not recommend this place, especially if you have kids. Several homeless people digging through the trash and asking for handouts before you even get to the door. The giant police center video camera/light in the parking lot should be the first red flag that maybe this is not a safe area. Inside the check in girl was very rude. We left and will not ever go back. There’s a reason this one has a ‘0’ wait time when all the others are full!! It’s worth the wait to go to the surrounding salons.

This location is always busy and the stylist are constantly talking to each other and they stop cutting hair when they do. So therefore they take forever to cut hair!! It’s so annoying especially when we are in a rush and don’t have time to spare. They need to learn how to cut the customers hair quick and efficient without all there gossiping. If they would just cut hair without all the stops I bet this place wouldn’t have such a long wait time!! Plus the front desk girl needs to learn to speak up. Honestly she just stands around anyone can do that job.

The people left one customer left her hair was all jacked up in the back. I was praying not to get that person no smiling, The other hair person left to go to bank and the other took her time waiting for someone on the list to come in wasn’t going to take me! Was on her phone went in back than left the store another guy walked in on the list . I left one hair dresser BS! Don’t need people like this.

Worst. Haircut. Ever. I’m embarrassed to go to work tomorrow until I can get it fixed. It looks like someone took a hacksaw to the back of my hair. She didn’t even dry it to see if it looked good… I’m pretty sure she knew she butchered it and just wanted to hurry me out. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Couple weeks ago i went in had to wait over an hour even though i was next in line walkins came first. My hairdresser talked with other customers barely asked me what i wanted. I orginally wanted a few inches evened out, cleaned up around the face and thinned out what i got was trimmed a couple inches and nothing else. The bottom of my hair is so poofy bc she just straight cut and didnt let me get the rest out. Ill pay more money for a real haircut next time. Not sure if they even wash hair seeing i wasnt asked

Critical:ProfessionalismCalled and schedule a hair appointment for 2:00 1 hour prior. Show up for said hair appointment tells me I’m not in the system and that’s going to be an hour wait. So thank you Lori or whatever your name was. I do so enjoy wasting my time.
